Because Coast & Coat is a hygiene/pet-care product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
